Tarım Kredi Süt A.Ş. teknik eğitimi gerçekleşti - Copy

Our technical training and evaluation meeting, held with the participation of Mr. Çağrı Atamer, Aegean Regional Manager of PEMAKS Pneumatics, for whom we are a distributor, our Chairman of the Board Mr. Alper Alyaz, our Administrative Affairs Manager Mr. Serkan Mercan, and the technical personnel of Tarım Kredi Süt A.Ş., has been completed. The program took place in the main meeting hall of Tarım Kredi Süt A.Ş.

• The types of failures encountered by maintenance teams in the field (air leaks, pressure fluctuations, valve performance losses, cylinder sealing problems) were technically analyzed.
• The effects of correct component selection in pneumatic circuit elements on energy efficiency, cycle time, and failure frequency were evaluated.
• The advantages offered by PEMAKS' product range, including valve islands, air preparation units, cylinders, and connection equipment, in terms of performance, service life, and ease of maintenance were presented with application examples.
• As part of our localization strategy for existing machinery lines, we considered technical competence, spare parts availability, and total cost of ownership (TCO) perspectives in comparison to imported equivalent products.

The meeting was guided by Mr. Çağrı Atamer's technical presentation on product architecture and application scenarios, and Mr. Alper Alyaz's assessments on line optimization and sustainable maintenance approach. Improvement suggestions at specific application points were also discussed based on field feedback from the participating technical team. We believe that this meeting, held with broad participation and mutual technical consultation, will make a tangible contribution to standardization and performance improvement in maintenance processes.
