WEICON Galvanizing Spray provides a permanent corrosion and rust protection layer for all metal surfaces. This spray is particularly suitable for repairing damaged galvanized areas and is characterised by its strong adhesion and rapid drying properties. The spray can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications and offers temperature resistance of up to +300°C. It also offers high resistance to fresh and salt water.
This product shows no signs of corrosion for 450 hours in the Salt Spray Test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 and protects welded joints, boreholes and other metal surfaces for a long time. Galvanic spray can also be used as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding.
This product is recommended by Hidroteknik for the long-term protection of your metal surfaces. WEICON Galvanizing Spray contains zinc and aluminium pigments, produced with pigments with a purity of 99.5% aluminium and 94% zinc. The product does not require a top coating and is fully hardened 12 hours after application and is ready to touch within 15 minutes. It can be painted over after 12 hours.
