The standard dimensions of the caps used in the production of hydraulic cylinders are kept in stock. Special throat wedges and felt wedges are produced for specially designed cylinders. In addition, there are varieties such as rear plug, Rexroth type throat wedges, oil inlet wedges. Straight type, screw type, bearing type, extended type hydraulic cylinder felt wedges for use in double-acting and single-acting cylinders. Steel and casting types are available. Screw types are our own production and are abundantly available in our stocks.
Hidroteknik provides service from stock for your pipe needs, honed according to international standards, especially hydraulic cylinder production. For the production of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic cylinder pipes with H8 and H9 tolerance, made of St52 material, honed inside and outside phosphate coated in EN 10305-1 E 355 and DIN 2391 norms, are available in various sizes from 40 mm to 320 mm outer diameter in our stocks. It can be cut in desired lengths.
Ck45 quality, 25 micron chrome plated, ISO f7 norm, 12 mm. 160 mm in diameter. Chrome-plated shafts in various sizes up to diameter are kept in stock in our facility. It is possible to cut the standard diameters in the desired quantity.
